All prices are in Pounds Sterling and for Items posted to the UK include VAT. For our international customers prices exclude local taxes that may be applicable. These are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
We have taken all reasonable steps to provide a secure method of payment, (Paypal), through our secure site, however in the extremely unlikely event that you suffer a loss as a direct consequence of using our site from a third party accessing your data, we cannot be held liable.
We hope you will be delighted with your Little Paper Gallery product, however if you wish for any reason to return an item, please e-mail us within 7 days of receipt to arrange the item(s) return. All items must be returned in an undamaged condition to allow resale and any postage costs are at your expense. Should an item be received in a damaged condition, the damage should be reported to the e-mail address below, notifying us of your intention to return the item. Please retain any proof of postage.
Should a returned item not be in a perfect condition for resale then we reserve the right to refund the money and you will be notified. If you wish for the item(s) to be returned to you then this will be at your expense and you will notify us of your preferred postal method.
